The Duchess of Sussex has said she felt liberated to be “able to make a choice on your own” in the newest teaser clip of her much-awaited interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Meghan told Oprah that Prince Harry and her are “on the other side of a lot of life experience and also that we have the ability to make our own choices”.
She also revealed that she previously refused to talk to Oprah because it was not her decision.
“As an adult who lived a really independent life to then go into this construct that is different than I think what people imagine it to be,” she added.
Teaser clips of her interview were released as Buckingham Palace announced it will launch an investigation into “very concerning” bullying allegations from her time as a working royal.
